The Send List is the threshold for your connection with Reality. Items must be marked with a check mark in order to be communicated with Reality. Click the Connect button to open communications with Reality.
Note: Before you begin communications with Reality, check Setup... and make sure it is configured to your hardware specifications.
When updates are available for any one of your Research databases, the Updates button will become active. Click it to indicate which Updates you want from Reality.
Note: Research updates do take a while to download and Process into WealthBuilder. You may want to wait until you don't need to use your computer before you send Research Update requests to Reality. You may also want to use the "Always process after sending" feature, available under Preferences, so that you do not need to wait for your updates to be disseminated into their respective databases after you receive the data from Reality.
Items that can be Posted to the Send List throughout WealthBuilder include:
New Membership - The procedure you went through in creating a Member File is included in "Membership Signup". This includes your name, address, family and business information and your Subscription Plan request.
Note: You must "Connect" your Membership Signup request before you can communicate anything else with Reality.
Research Updates - At the turn of a month, WealthBuilder will notify you that research database updates are available by activating the Research Updates button on this window. Indicate which updates you want and post your requests on the Send List.
Note: Updates are limited to the WealthBuilder membership plan you are enrolled in.
Note: If you have not requested a research update in over 3 months, we will have to send you an update by mail as some of the data may have been reconfigured during that time.
Quote requests - Any request you make and mark to send from Quotes is posted on the Send List. If you want to delete any quotes from the Send List, you must unmark them from Quotes.
E-mail - Any e-mail you write to any department or discount broker, through Reality, will be posted on this list. All e-mail you send is batched together. If you want to delete any written e-mail, you must do so through Mail.
If you wish to exit the Send List without communicating with Reality, click the Done button.
